EGD Location Plan

The following items represent the scope in which Chris Lai took the creative lead. Please note that this is not the complete project scope.

Teddy’s

Themed Conference room | Designer: Chris Lai

This room celebrates the beloved Teddy’s ice cream shop. Illustrating the floor to ceiling hard candy you see in the shop, and the view of the beach where one of the most iconic beachside stand is located in Dublin.

Aran Jumper

Themed Conference room | Designer: Chris Lai

This room exudes a sense of coziness and warmth. The close-up photo of the sweater as texture collages an abstract landscape that subtlety nods to the origin of this sweater pattern from the Aran island. Traditionally hand stitched for the sailors that is out at sea.

Tir na Nog

Themed Conference room | Designer: Chris Lai

This conference room is nested within the Mystical Forest breakout area. Tir an Nog is the land where the deity and the immortal lives. Different islands are sprinkled throughout the mural as a nod to the multiple realms that reside in Tir na Nog. These are custom painted graphic elements using ProCreate and Adobe Fresco, a combination will vector art work in illustrator.

Stormy Sea Pub

Themed Breakout Lounge | Designer: Chris Lai

This is the primary gathering space where employees come to socialize over lunch, grab a snack, enjoy a drink, or take a break with a video game. The design draws inspiration from nautical elements, combined with the ambiance of a traditional Irish pub, creating a stormy sea vibe.

Upon entering, you'll notice the bar's name, "An Sibin," beautifully illustrated by a local hand-painted signage partner. This design draws inspiration from the street signs commonly found in Dublin.

In this area, a custom mural takes inspiration from traditional sailor tattoos and features hidden marine life within its design. Additionally, a maritime flag spells out a custom message. On one of the walls, objects are seamlessly integrated, with custom poster, and knolled boat object discreetly pays homage to nautical elements.

Custom art work created for print.
